Weaving flowers into stories is an art - and we've perfected the process. Every single wedding is completely unique. Your story; your love; your event; your bond - it's all one-of-a-kind, and it's so important to us that we capture it all. This is why we use a design process that allows us to deeply get to know you and your love story - all before we even touch a flower. Now that you've completed your introductory call we are here to guide you through the next steps.

Choosing your florals After our call, we start bringing your dream to life. We'll spend time researching the perfect seasonal flowers for your arrangements, as well as curating a moodboard to capture the vision. This moodboard will be our guide for the event, and it's where your story and your love culminates into a stunning, unique floral experience. This will be sent through along with a detailed proposal and quote, which marks the official start of your flower journey.

3 months out! Time flies when your having fun and it always feels like the big day creeps up on you!

It’s time to start getting into the details.

We're going to make sure everything goes swimmingly behind the scenes so that your day is effortless and you don't have to worry about a thing so I’ve attached a little questionnaire that covers all the questions I need to ensure all the flowers are in the right place at the right time. This will also gather some additional details we find useful for on-the-day logistics (e.g. who to contact and the vendor team we’re working alongside)

As your other elements (graphics, guest numbers, floor plan etc) are falling into place you might have found that your floral vision has evolved - this is normal so let's take another look through your initial floral inspiration and mood board and take out anything that no longer aligns and add in those concepts that you have seen and fallen in love with. We'll do this together and refine the vision in our final call in a few weeks.

Six Weeks Out

Your last minute planning will be coming along nicely. It's hard to believe that the big day is just around the corner!

Our aim is to ensure that every floral detail reflects your unique style and vision. With that in mind, we'll touch base and schedule a final check-in to go over all the intricate details and make sure everything is perfectly aligned with your dreams. We'll find a convenient time for a meeting, either in person or over the phone to discuss the following:

- Floral Arrangements: We'll revisit the specific floral arrangements you've chosen for each aspect of your wedding, from the breathtaking ceremony feature to the stunning reception centrepieces.

- Colour Palette: we'll confirm the colour palette which is crucial to ensuring the flowers harmonise seamlessly with the overall theme. If there are any changes or additions, we can discus how to incorporate them beautifully.

- Logistics: We'll go over the logistics of delivery and set up on the wedding day. This includes the timeline for installation, ensuring everything is in place well before your guests arrive.

- Last-Minute Adjustments: If there are any adjustments or additional details you'd like to add, now is the perfect time to let us know. Whether it's a specific flower variety, an extra touch of greenery or any other special requests we're here to make it happen.

Creation Once the vision has been refined and approved, all that's left to do is create your arrangements. On the day, we'll be on-site turning your floral dreams into a beautiful reality! We bring floral magic to every wedding through a combination of our flower expertise, your vision, and the special story we're telling. It's so important that we get to know you so we can design with purpose. Our process helps us tailor our work to each client's desires and needs. Just as every couple and wedding is unique, every design should be unique, too.

Pack Down

Ah, the morning after you’ve said ‘I do’!!! When you’ve bid farewell to family and friends and you’re opening your bleary eyes to enjoy a recovery breakfast our team is behind you. We arrive to pack away the bud vases, tea lights and pick up the last petal, SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO!
